If you run a blog or small business you know that all the work that must get done can be overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be that way, if you use this productivity tool. This vertical sidebar planner sticker box printable works on your monthly blog planner page, as well as in your vertical weekly spread!
As an avid planner (and organizer), I have come across countless inquiries within the planner community on how to use your planner for business -or specifically your blog business. In response, I recently posted about How To Use Your Planner as a Blog Planner and offered a glimpse into how I use my own Happy Planner for managing my blog.
While working on that post, I realized I could really use a little more motivation and organization with monthly goals, capturing all my blog ideas and more. So, what do you do when you can’t find what you need? Create it, of course!

There are multiple ways that you can use this sidebar sticker. That’s how versatile it is. Listed below are just some of the ways in which you could use this Vertical Sidebar Planner Sticker Box Printable.
01. Print Directly on Sticker Paper
One of the easiest ways to start using this printable is to simply take this free PDF printable and print directly onto a full sheet sticker paper. Below are some links to products I’ve used and will work for this project.
If you choose to go the route of the sticker paper, you will need to cut out the vertical boxes.
02. Use the Sidebar Sticker on Monthly Pages
As you prepare for a new month of blogging, you’ll want to be sure you stay on top of your monthly goals. But, that can be hard when the work keeps piling up and then you forget what your goals even were!
That’s why this free planner printable works so well! It gives you a main location to list and track:
- Monthly Goals
- To Do Tasks
- Blog Ideas
- Blog Maintenance
Each of these areas require attention and having one location (your monthly spread) to quickly flip back to during the month will ultimately help keep you focused and on track.
While this planner printable was created with the monthly spread in mind, it can be used in other places in your paper planner! How about your weekly pages?!
03. Use the Sidebar Sticker on Vertical Weekly Pages
Just as you would with the monthly page, you could use this printable in the sidebar of your weekly view; or you can paste it right into a day in your weekly vertical Happy Planner.
Then just decorate a little (if you want) and you are ready to start writing down the tasks that need to be done or focused on!
04. Use the Sidebar Sticker Throughout Your Week
For this method, you are still using all the elements of the full sidebar sticker box; except, you are now cutting out each section to paste in various spots in your weekly spread.
This works especially well if you like to do certain tasks on certain days of the week. For example, your blog maintenance might need to be tended to weekly and you choose to do that task each Thursday.
I’ve used each of these methods for this planner printable and don’t have a preference as to which I would recommend over the other. It’s really personal preference. But you will love how this Happy Planner Sidebar Sticker Box Printable will keep you productive and on track!
