Father’s Day Journaling Printable Inspiration
Celebrate and honor your dad, father or father-figure in your life using this Father’s Day Journaling Printable! There are a number of sentiment quotes, as well as, images to help you get started in your journal. In this post you’ll get 4 different creative ways to use this printable!

I’m so happy (and excited!) to be sharing this journaling printable with you! What I love most is creating printables and journaling kits that you could use in your planners and journals.
Some of my most fond memories of my father and baseball was when he helped me get a job at the local ball field with him. Those were some of my best summers and memories. I loved working at the ball field but a little sad I don’t have pictures of that time period.

The most valuable advice I can give is…take the picture! No matter where you are or event you’re celebrating, capture those memories on your phone or camera. You will have such enjoyment recording and recalling those memories in your journal pages.
I had so much fun creating these projects using this one printable! Two of the projects used just one sheet of heavy-weight paper while another was done on a full sticker sheet. So let’s get to those details.

Create the best journaling page in honor of your dad and/or father using this Father’s Day Journaling Printable.

Ways To Use The Father’s Day Journaling Printable
To create this journal page I used past fathers’ day memories and a narrow sized travelers notebook journal. Based on that size I printed the Fathers Day Journaling Printable at 75% scale.

01. Use As Ephemera
The easiest way to use this holiday printable is to print it on sturdy bright white paper and cut each word and/or image out. You’re basically make a die-cut. Then you can add a little color if you want by using stamping inks or colored markers.
Just a quick note…the photos are blurred for privacy.
You will see that I used the same washi tape roll through out all of these crafty journaling inspiration project ideas. Although, I do not remember where I bought this particular washi tape.
Using die cut ephemera in your journal is pretty popular! You can see another idea of how I used the Tis The Season Winter Penguins Die Cuts Kit in a mixed media art journal page using winter penguin die cuts.

02. Use To Create A Card
Another great way to use this printable is to follow the steps for creating ephemera except now you will add them to a card base. In my design I simply used the same sheet I printed for the first ephemera project above and chose from the quotes that were left over.
For the inside, I used the same washi tape and printable left overs from the journaling pages.

Of course I couldn’t help but use the adorable little dad coffee mug as a die-cut on the back of the envelope!
So as you can see, one print out of the Father’s Day Journaling Printable has enough on it to do multiple projects.

03. Use As A Sticker Kit
To create a themed sticker kit, all you need to do is print out on a full sheet of sticker paper. Then just cut each word and/or image out, again like a die-cut, and then peel the backing off and stick it down! Below is the full sheet sticker paper I used for this project.

Perfect for printing all your favorite planner printables to use as a sticker kit in your planner or Happy Planner! Great for craft projects too!
All I added to this sticker kit was some washi tape, blue highlighter and some coordinating color stickers from a Happy Planner sticker book. Now I’m ready to plan out my week and memories!

04. Use as A Dashboard
To use the Father’s Day Journaling Printable as a dashboard in your planner, all you need to do is print at the scale needed for your size planner. For example, if you use a classic Happy Planner you will want to print the page with trim marks at 85% scale. Then use the trim marks to cut down, disc-punch and it’s ready to go!
I pondered using the washi tape along all four edges or at least one edge…so I might still add that in.
To take this idea one step further you could laminate your dashboard, if you wish. But before you do, consider that if you don’t laminate, you could use the back of the dashboard to record some father’s day memories.
