3 Thankful Grateful Blessed Planner Page Inspiration Ideas
Part of creating a beautiful life is writing down or journaling our gratitude. If you love to create planner pages you’re going to love this post! Enjoy creating one of these 3 Thankful, Grateful and Blessed planner pages using stickers, scrapbook paper or watercolor and stamping!

I’ve always done some form of gratitude page. You can see one of my past pages in this post: Create A Happy Planner Gratitude Journal Page. This year I wanted to create three different planner pages; two of which are in my Fall planner setup that uses the FREE Fall Planner Cover Set that I also created.
Eventually, the disc-bound pages will move over to my Thanksgiving Planner Setup.

Regardless of which planner page inspires you, don’t feel you can only make the page in the planner style I’ve shown. All of these pages can easily be created for any planner, be it a disc-bound planner, travelers notebook or ring planner. The key is to have fun creating!
3 Thankful and Grateful Planner Page Ideas
In this post I’m going to share with you 3 Thankful Grateful Blessed planner pages that are creative and use three different techniques. To help you get started, under each inspiration page, I list the supplies used and provide links where I can.
01. Thankful and Grateful Page Using Stickers
This page was created as an exclusive Live video over on the Creative Planning Expressions Community group. You can access the details by joining over on Facebook.
Supplies Used
- Happy Planner Filler Paper Dot Grid
- Happy Planner Stickers Fall Harvest
- Micron 01 Pen black
- Tombow Dual Brush Pen 772
- Tombow Dual Brush Pen 993
- Tombow Dual Brush Pen 192
- Tombow Dual Brush Pen 977
- Kingart Dual Tip Brush Pen, 120 Olive Green
The actual sticker page setup in the Fall Harvest sticker book was the inspiration for this page. The boxes down the center are aligned exactly as they were on the sticker sheet. I simply added in some corner florals and hand-lettered the wording for “grateful” and “thankful”.

To finish it off I also hand-lettered “blessed” and “twenty twenty-three” on the page. I love how this page came out and it was super easy to pull together!! Why stress about creating planner pages when it’s unnecessary, right?!
02. Thankful and Grateful Page Scrapbook Style
Creating this page was a lot of fun because I combined my love of scrapbooking with Happy Planner! This planner page has multiple uses. I can journal on paper and add that to each block; I can replace the boxes with photos and write around the white space on the page; and/or I can add some memory keeping to the backside which is fully blank and ready to capture those memories!
Supplies Used
- Happy Planner Filler Paper
- Happy Planner Box Punch BIG
- Happy Planner Box Punch Classic
- Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Peeled Paint
- Tombow Mono Dots Adhesive
- Micron 01 pen black
- Gelly Roll Pen Metallic Gold
- Scrapbook paper
- Textured paper
- Small Maple Leaf Shape Paper Punch
This is the perfect planner page to use up some of the paper scraps you have in your craft room. That’s what I did!

Remember these?! The Happy Planner Weekly Box Punch for both BIG and Classic? They are not just for weekly pages! The beauty of using the BIG box punch is that it’s almost a perfect fit for the Canon Ivy Zink Photo Paper!

I repurposed these planner tools to create blocks of both scrapbook paper and textured paper for my page. To add a little more dimension, I fussy-cut some pumpkins and words from scrapbook paper to decorate my blocks and page.
technique Tips
- If you plan to replace the scrapbook paper boxes with photos, be sure to not fully glue down your boxes. Maybe add a little washi tape to the back to hold it in place until you replace with a photo.
- Offset the photo with a scrapbook paper box for added dimension.
03. Thankful and Grateful Page Using Watercolor
For this planner page I decided on a leaf theme. There are a variety of options to get the leaf theme; hand-draw the leaves, stencil them or stamp them. For my page I chose to stamp them.
Supplies Used
- Planner Perfect Journal
- Prima Watercolor Paint in Woodlands (hard to find but Sakura Koi Watercolor works well too)
- Yasutomo Pearlescent Watercolor Paint
- Versafine Pigment Ink in onyx black (for the leaves)
- Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink in black soot (for the words and acorns)
- Ranger Water-Based Acrylic Stamp Cleaner
- Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor Brush Round 2, 6
- Acrylic Stamping Blocks
- Cocoa Daisy stamps

To journal things I’m thankful for I could write on each watercolor leaf or use a pen to write directly over the whole page. The watercolor leaves are light enough to write over but still see the beauty of the page.
Technique Tip: If stamping, be sure to use Versafine Ink to prevent watercolor paint bleed.
Although I created this page in a travelers notebook insert, you could easily translate this to a disc-bound system.
